Can I replace or update a guest's name?

For any changes to your booking - including hotels, number of nights, guest names, package upgrades, or traveller details - our Operations Department is here to help.

Please email operations@seesports.co.uk or operations@seesports.ie with your booking reference, your name, and full details of the changes required. Our team will assist you promptly.

Types of changes we can help with:

  • Change of hotel

  • Change of nights

  • Change of name

  • Package upgrades

  • Change to the number of guests travelling

  • Adding extra nights

  • Adding additional guests

Response times
To help us prioritise your request, please note the following timeframes:

  • Urgent: Bookings travelling within the next 14 days – response within 1 working day

  • Normal: Changes for bookings travelling in 15–30 days – response within 2–3 working days

  • Low Priority: Non-urgent changes for bookings travelling in 30+ days – response within 4–5 working days
