I can no longer travel – can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, deposits are 100% non-refundable, and once the final balance is paid (8 weeks before travel), it's also non-refundable. You're booking the fixture itself, not a fixed date. If cancelling for an insurable reason (e.g., illness), submit a claim through your travel insurance provider - we recommend comprehensive cover from the outset.
