Why does the Chelsea packages say not available to Mainland GB?

Chelsea Match Break packages are currently only available to Chelsea guests who are travelling from the Island of Ireland, Europe, and further afield.

• Reason: This is due to Chelsea FC's rules, which unfortunately do not permit sales to residents of Mainland Great Britain.
