I booked via a travel agent but I dont have my match tickets

If you booked your package through a travel agent, please note that your match tickets will be sent directly to that agent.

Our standard dispatch times are:

• Hotel Vouchers: Sent 7 days before the event.

• Match Tickets: Sent 1–3 days before the event.

Please contact your travel agent directly regarding the status of your tickets.
