Match tickets are now issued through the SEESPORTS Guest Hub.
Tickets will not normally be sent to agents first. They will be uploaded directly to the guest’s portal when released by the club, venue, or supplier.
Match tickets are usually available 1–3 days before kick off.
Hotel vouchers are usually available 7 days before kick off.
Guests will receive an email notification when documents or tickets are available.
Please make sure the guest has their portal access details, as this is now the main place to access match tickets and travel documents. Your itinerary along with the details of the tour manager who will be escorting the group are emailed 7 days before departure. Match/event Tickets will be dispatched to you 1-3 days before kick off. Please note Tour managers do not carry copies of tickets so please ensure you bring them or can access the Guest hub.
