Smartphone tickets are tickets that are sent directly to guests' smartphones. Guests usually add them to their phone wallets – either Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
As all our event tickets are official from the club, stadium or circuit, we often require the email address of the guest attending the event. This allows us to transfer event tickets directly to their smartphone.
Please ensure you provide the email of the guest attending the event, not the person making the booking. If the guest's email address isn't available at the time of booking, simply leave the field blank in our system and we'll follow up closer to the event.
Please note: sending tickets to the lead booker instead of the attending guest can cause significant issues with downloading and lead to delays. We kindly ask for your cooperation to help avoid these complications.
