When and how will my match tickets arrive?

All SEESPORTS tickets, hotel vouchers, and itineraries are sent to the travel agent or lead guest as follows.​

• Hotel vouchers and itineraries: Sent 7 days before kick-off (Not travel date)

• Match/Event tickets:Always Issued between 1 & 3 days before kick-off. This is the standard ticket window, The exact format (e.g. PDF or smartphone ticket) is confirmed in your booking details and package description.​

• On some occasions - tickets will be dispatched directly to the Attending guests. We will notify you in advance by collecting the attending guests details which can differ from the person booking.

• Stadium collection - if its stadium collection, guests should arrive at the relevant box office is plenty of time and produce photo ID.
